Our farm stay is set on a beautiful 140 rolling acre cattle grazing property just outside the peaceful village of Exeter, in the heart of the NSW Southern Highlands. Our elegant farmhouse, garden and property provide you with a perfect, relaxing, peaceful country getaway for couples, friends & families, under 2 hours from Sydney and Canberra. You can enjoy everything Bowral, Berrima and the Highlands has to offer. The 2 bedrooms, living and dining rooms are light-filled and spacious with views of the garden, which is unsuitable for pets, and paddocks beyond. Our healthy continental breakfast will sustain you, whilst the fresh air and openness of the property will energise and relax you.

2 bedrooms - queen & king or twin - living room with woodfire, dining room,

Room rates per night are
$265 for 2 guests
$320 for 3 guests & $375 for 4 guests
including continental breakfast.
Minimum 2 night stay.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
We provide you with a continental breakfast - muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast & homemade jam - each morning. If you're seeking a cooked breakfast, we recommend the nearby Exeter General Store.
Free Wifi
Whilst the NBN is coming, we currently can provide you with free ADSL internet and wifi-call, if you need to keep in touch with the outside world during your stay.
Garden & Paddocks
Our garden & paddocks are yours to roam. Enjoy glorious spring blossom or spectacular autumn colour. Take a walk through our 60 acres of natural bush with kangaroos, wombats, echnidas & plentiful birdlife.
Meet our Animals
Our working farm focusses on breeding Dexter cattle, a naturally small, friendly breed. Guests can enjoy their calves in spring & summer. Or feed the Suffolk sheep, lambs & Angelique our alpaca year round.
Hidden Valley Cabin
The Hidden Valley Cabin, in secluded bushland, overlooks a dam & is perfect for relaxing with afternoon tea or a sundowner - a local wine & nibbles.
Getting Here

Our farm is easily accessible by car, down a well-maintained country road. We will provide you with details of how to get here when you book.
Booking & Cancellation. We take direct bookings. A deposit of one night is payable upon booking. Cancellation is free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel within the 14 days before arrival. If you don't show up you will be charged the total price.

Wine Escape
The Southern Highlands is home to 12 wineries which offer excellent wines. Our favourites are St Maur, Artemis, Mt Ashby, Tertini and the beautiful cafe at Bendooley Estate. The Wine Mosaic Lounge serves great wine & the Southern Highlands Brewing Taphouse is a must.
Markets
There's a market with fresh produce & locally made goods somewhere every weekend. Visit Exeter Village Market first Saturday of each month. Others are Berrima, Bowral, Bundanoon, Moss Vale & Mittagong. The choice is yours to browse & enjoy.
Feeling Energetic
There's activities for everyone from a stroll in the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens to mountain biking in Penrose Forest. There's family-friendly walking & bike trails, horse riding, golf & more. Visit Southern Highlands Tourism.
Special Events
take place throughout the year. Some of the famous ones are Tulip Time, Brigadoon, the Bowral Classic, Bundanoon Garden Ramble, Bong Bong Races, Studio Art Trail, open gardens, music concerts & more.

The Highlands is bursting with excellent restaurants from the award-winning Biota & Eschalot to Bernie's Diner. Our favourites are Birch, Josh's & The Dining Room. We're happy to guide you!
